Symphony, by Control Health app for iPhone and iPad

Symphony, by Control Health is designed to function as two apps combined; one side of the app is for patients to connect with their doctors as well as manage their health and medications. The other side is for doctors to easily manage their patient population and clinic (including scheduling), with integrated telehealth services and patient/medication compliance features.

The version of the app each user sees is based on the login used coupled with the invite code.

The app integrates with the Health app to write health data from connected third party biometric sensory devices. Registered users that download Symphony, by Control Health should also download Symphony Vitals, for Control Health: https://appsto.re/us/QFs0cb.i
